This month we’re celebrating two years of Sam Jones on his journey with Golden Frog.

From a part time Sales Co-ordinator to a Marketing Executive, he has expanded all capabilities and progressed in skills through hard work, resilience and ambition to learn. Sam has grown into a successful marketeer from creating five websites and covering the graphic design team to creating 600 social media posts and recently he has also become Google Ad certified.

We took two minutes with Sam to find out a little more about why he loves marketing within Golden Frog and how his two years have gone with us.

Sam’s proudest moment at Golden Frog was in 2020 when he became a Marketing Executive, this was a huge achievement which he was working towards from the start of his journey with us. Future goals for Sam include Derby being in the Premier League and obtaining further educational knowledge of marketing through his Google courses.  This additional knowledge will result in a strengthened understanding and a more rounded marketing executive working within a full-service agency who consistently provides exceptional service for clients.

Many challenges have strengthened Sam into the thriving Marketeer he is today. When our Graphic Designer went on maternity he stepped up and overcame this producing graphics for two websites as well as met numerous other client design requirements. These valuable graphic skills learnt now enable him to provide stronger communication between our clients and developer. Also, he is now able to provide support and guidance for our graphic designer creating an efficient and seamless team.

An ideas–driven creative campaign for a client surrounding Cheltenham Races has been his highlight so far with creativity being the reason for his passion of all things marketing. The opportunity to develop long term relationships with clients and exceed their expectations alongside the bonus of a team who he enjoys working with are only a slice of why Sam loves to work at Golden Frog HQ.

Sam is an irreplaceable asset to the Golden Frog team and we are excited for him to achieve goals, create more highlights and moments to be proud of. Happy second anniversary from all at Golden Frog!
